Cost: $300 per person per weekend, $450 for both weekends
(late fee: $25 for registrations received after January 6th for the Silent Way weekend and after
February 3rd for the Counseling Learning weekend)
Registration for one or both weekends also includes free participation in an Observation Day at Riverside Language Program: look at this year's observation schedule below, or make a special arrangement with the directors to observe Tom at work with his ESOL students using these two learning centered approaches.

Open House Days At Riverside2011-2012Riverside holds Open House days for teachers, graduate students, program administrators, policy makers and others who want to spend a day observing classes at Riverside and talking with staff and students.
Coffee is available at 9:15 AM. We begin our introduction to the school promptly at 9:30 AM. We reserve the right not to admit latecomers. This is followed by visits to two different classes. The day ends at 4:30 PM after a period of reflection which explores what visitors have learned and what questions have been raised for them.

We charge $75 per person for each Open House. To reserve a place, please send us your name, address, phone number, email and a check in advance of the Observation Day. We will confirm your participation by mail, email or by phone. Cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance.
For graduate or certificate students in TESOL, we also offer 30-day internships in an intensive ESOL class working with a "master teacher." Internships begin with each of our class cycles and cost $1600.
